Antifragile products and processes are those that don't deteriorate, but actually get better due to failures. In the return on investement equation, return is not determinable but investment is controllable. Ensuring Antifragility comes down to one factor - the size of our investment. This same factor is one that helps us build better products by improving the flow of value and optimizing our process for feedback. How can we effectively make decisions about whether to continue putting more time into an idea or cut off our investment in what might be the wrong direction?
