Where we hear about:

  • Understanding the history will help you shape the future. This will give valuable insight into why there is an aversion to this way of thinking and working. Applying an incremental approach you can start tackling how to provide the value.
  • Empowering self-managing teams using the values as the what or problem to solve. Asking questions such as “How do we organize requests from our customers? How can we provide transparency into the work we are doing?
  • Stop starting, start finishing. Multitasking effectively is a myth, we will run through some easily digestible and fun exercises that can efficiently lay the ground work for the ask. Can for 1 sprint our team focus on 1 top priority free and clear from context switching? The path to least resistance to change is when perceived value becomes real value that can be obtained.

You can’t approach every situation the same, but you can practice, gain perspective, to become more able to adapt to the complex, ever growing and ever changing environment.

In this session I will walk through some tools that can be “downloaded”, “installed” and “executed”. To provide a value to teams without introducing a rapidly spreading virus.
