Are you new to Agile and wonder - how do I break into the Agile space?
Perhaps you’ve been immersed in Agile for a bit but don’t know how to deepen your relationships.
I’ve had several people approach me about how to transition into an Agile role - for example becoming Scrum Master or how to even just get into the Agile space in general when transitioning from a totally different career path.
In this session, I will share stories of my path into the larger Agile community and give attendees tips on how to breakthrough not just by joining but creating their own Agile communities.
Takeaways:
- Harness the magic of local Meetup communities
- Find the hidden benefit in taking training classes
- Collaborate in conferences
Reflect:
- What is stopping you from growing your Agile circle?
- How can you overcome these barriers to build a new relationship?
- What does the community you want to create look like?
