Burnout is a big topic these days and getting bigger but there's little discussion of the cognitive impacts. Sure, you need to rest and maybe change jobs but beyond that, your brain may need some rehab. If your memory or focus are impacted, what do you do? I'll talk about my own journey, diagnosing my own burnout (during a conference talk), and my surprising discoveries during recovery.
You'll learn:
- what to expect to help yourself and others
- the challenges you'll face
- what kind of help you might need
