From April 2020 onwards, I have created and led a brand new 'corporate start-up' at MOO, with a new cross-functional team from across the business. The team had never worked together before, are located in the UK and the US. I have had to learn how to form, storm, and now perform in a fully remote way.

This could include our unique org design, principles, heartbeat/cadence of meeting, retros, business planning, board presentations, and all the tooling and techniques I have used to help me with that
