Typically, our US Government is famous for being the "late adopters" with adopting new technology from the private industry due to many great reasons such as security and stability. Our US Government certainly doesn't want to be on all the news reports due to a security breach related to a vulnerable product or API.
Hence, change is perceived to go at a different pace. There is some truth to that, but change can be accelerated within our government with the following techniques provided. These can also be leveraged for any private enterprise struggling with change!
We shall cover the five top challenges (plus a "bonus challenge") that comes with changes in the US Government and will present two case studies: one with a single team and another with a large program and how changes were implemented quickly with impressive results.
